This haunted attraction is held on the 2nd, 3rd, and 4th Friday and Saturday in October as well as on Halloween night. Come tour the Haunted Gothic Jail and get spooked by the residents that never left!

Held in even years on the first Saturday in April. Held at the DeRidder Fairgrounds Exhibition Hall. Hours are 10am-5pm and admission is $5 for 12 and older. The CM Farms maze is a labyrinth of twists, turns — and some pesky dead ends!  It’s all carved into a field of sorghum with stalks way taller than your head!  Get lost … and have the time of your life exploring this 12 acre “field of fun”.

Enjoy a dazzling Christmas Celebration with a downtown Christmas Festival. Held the first Saturday in December each year, with a lighted parade at the end of the festival.

Miracle on Washington Christmas Festival

Experience the magic and take a stroll back through time at the Ragley Heritage and Timber Festival with presentations on pioneers of the area, history of the information of the town and founding families. The Festival includes arts and crafts, food booths and live music by gospel and bluegrass bands. This festival is held in October.

The annual Beauregard Parish Fair will take place the first week in October at the Beauregard Parish Fairgrounds. One of the oldest agricultural fairs in the state, the fair includes a carnival, exhibits, food and live bands.

Beauregard Parish is the home of the Sugartown Watermelon, some of the sweetest watermelons you will ever taste. We celebrate the taste of the season with a Watermelon Festival every year in June. There is a host of watermelon games and events, as well as live music and entertainment. Held at the Beauregard Parish Fair Grounds in DeRidder.

Beauregard Watermelon Festival



This two day festival in the area's only community wide cultural event. The festival features theater, folk life, music, dance and fine art, which demonstrates the unique culture heritage of Louisiana's "No Man's Land" area. They have carnival rides, games and vendors. This festival is held the last weekend in March.

Pioneer Heritage Festival

The Treasure Fest is a bargain hunters dream. Sponsored by the City of DeRidder and Beauregard Tourist Commission. Treasure Fest is always held on the 1st Saturday in May. If rained out it will be held the 3rd Saturday in May. To reserve your free space to sell those unwanted items, call 337-463-5534
